7 Deadly Diamonds

Before the music starts the first shot we see in the video are the doors of a prep school opening and school kids ages 7-13 come pouring out. Although they are all in uniform, one young boy catches the viewers attention.
Young Johnny is twelve and small for his age, wears thick glasses and his family can't afford to by him a new uniform therefore his pants are too short.
A $20 bill suddenly catches Johnny's eyes. He goes after it but cant seem to catch it. Johnny's $20 chase ends when he turns the corner to find five rich bullies. The center boy flicks his cigarette and throws Johnny to the ground. All of the boys start kicking him. (With each kick there are flashframes of crazy lights creating a dizzying feeling for the viewer.)
When the bullies decide they are done with the beating they run away and Johnny's sister Lily runs in. She kneels to help and notices the $20 on the ground. She picks it up and holds out her hand for Johnny. They run off into the large field waving the $20 in the air as if it were a game.
The video transitions with some timelapses of Las Vegas. Twenties Johnny now works day and night at a fancy hotel as a valet/bellman. A limo pulls up to the and out steps a twenty-something rich boy that flicks his cigarette. Next a gorgeous blonde woman steps out and Johnny almost doesn't recognize that its Lily! She looks deep into his eyes and mouths "your twisted head is getting messed with, i can see it in your eyes." Johnny is stunned. He is tossed a $20 from one of the guys off screen and when the camera goes to a wide shot the band is revealed in the background rocking out.
There are some awesome shots of the band playing here and then we cut to Johnny standing in the elevator. He glances to his right and does a double take. There is a very young girl that appears to be the spitting image of his sister except she is dressed far beyond her age. She mouths the lines "don't forget sister...that won't forget you," then exits elevator. Johnny steps out and Hugh Hefner and his girls step in. Hef tosses keys to Johnny and the elevator closes behind him. Johnny turns to see a baby blue vintage convertible waiting. He runs through the lobby, past the band jumps in the car and speeds off.
Now inside of a night club, Lily sits with her rich friends but is uncomfortable by the gluttonous acts around her. Outside the baby blue car pulls up and Johnny gets out with two girls and a sleazy guy. They descend stairs into the club and sit on the couch across from Lily and the sleazy guy sits next to her. As Johnny gets more and more messed up the club starts to appear more like a dizzying circus. Lily leaves as the sleazy guy grabs Johnny's keys and follows her and they speed off. The scenery around Johnny starts to slow down around him. His head falls back and he instantly goes into a dream.
Johnny dreams that him and Lily are back in prep school and they run onto a small bridge over a brook. They each put their hands on the $20 and let go of it and it flies up into the air. Johnny snaps back into reality and panics when he doesn't see Lily and the entire club is frozen still. He gets up and sprints out of the club and races in the direction toward the car in the early morning light. He finds the car frozen just about to get into a fatal accident and runs to Lily's side. As he touches her face she blinks back to life and smiles at him. He lifts her out of the car and in the background you see the band run past them. Two seconds later you see a steady stream of people running too. He looks at her and smiles, takes her by the hand and leads her as they run with the others through a frozen world.The band is now playing in a beautiful green field. The unfrozen people are dancing all around them including Johnny and Lily. We cover the action through steadicam movements of everyone dancing and a round dolly shot of the band playing. It ends with a crane shot lifting up and looking down on the scene.
