Breaker

An arrogant and ruthless young executive returns to his hometown to claim his recently deceased father's beachside New England estate. Upon arriving, he meets his father's gorgeous trophy wife, who is every bit as cold hearted as he is. They are immediately infatuated, although he suspects that his father's death was not entirely natural.

After the funeral, the young man watches from his bay window as a woman walks fully-clothed into the freezing ocean. Four days later, a horribly disfigured body washes up on the beach near the estate. The bones and flesh are broken, bent and twisted into regular geometric forms.

The police and forensic experts are confounded, but even as they investigate, more distorted bodies continue to wash ashore...including the young man's father. Who did they bury in his place? And what does his new lover have to do with it all?
