Synopsis
The government is facing a new fear from space.
This time it will not be the fear of a large meteor or an asteroid coming towards our planet.
It will be a signal traveling from deep space.
The government has devised a plan to convert all non-digital televisions
by 2009. By doing so would block the signal from the unsuspecting person.
