These words have been used by the press to describe the extremely disturbing results of what "he" does to his victims.... He's described it with just one word, elegantly carved on one of his victim's skin....Beautiful!
For the last two years the city has been tormented with a plague of dissapearances. What's worse is the way the "lost" are found. Bodies completely dismembered, disfigured, and discomposed...with a link to a phantom website with nothing in it except some very disturbing music files.
When David's younger sister disappears, the police offer little hope for him. He turns to his friends and his faith but finds no consolation. His fear and desperation to find her before it's too late lead him down a horrible path as he discovers his timid sister's morbid fascination with the maniac's eerie music to be just the tip of the iceburg. As more and more people begin to dissapear he follows the bloody trail that the killer's left behind and learns the unsettling truth about him and his Satanic work as well as the fact that the killer's next target is someone else who is very close to him.
After a frightening encounter with the killer and the sudden loss of his friend, David's beliefs are tested as he sinks deeper and deeper into the maniac's insane world and discovers that the killer is anything but crazy and is using his victims to compose an Opus that will raise the Devil himself. As David is thrust into a final confrontation in the surreal confines where the killer hides, he has to fight to keep his sanity so that he may find and outsmart the maniacal maestro before he completes his masterpiece and plunges the world into eternal pain and misery. Sadly, he may already be too late and the part he was to play could be to big for him to handle!
