DON'T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT!

Nurse practitioner Charlotte Steele arrives at the isolated Monarch House Sanitarium to begin a new job, only to learn that her new employer Dr. Bloom was savagely murdered by one of the patients and his successor, Dr. Theodora Masters, is not very eager to take on a new staff member. Charlotte finds her job maddeningly hard as the patients torment her at every turn. She soon discovers why Dr. Masters is so eager to keep outsiders out - and all those living at Monarch House, including Nurse Charlotte, in!
DON'T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT is a retelling of the classic 1973 grindhouse drive-in shocker directed by S.F. Brownrigg. Shooting begins this October 2008 on location in Southern Indiana and will be scheduled for release in 2009. The film will be directed and produced by award-winning genre filmmakers Alan Rowe Kelly and Anthony G. Sumner. The cast includes Zoë Daelman Chlanda, Terry M. West, Raine Brown, Debbie DiVerde, Alan Rowe Kelly, Raine Brown, Marv Blauvelt, Andrew Roth, Jerry Murdock and Jeff Dylan Graham.
We are on a major search for a new leading lady to play 'Charlotte' , as well as some other strong supporting characters. Due to budget constrictions, we're only looking for talent in the Chicago, Evansville, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and Bloomington areas . So show us your stuff!
