Jesse Owen is the youngest of three children. He was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. His mother was a stay-at-home mom, and his father was an automotive mechanic. Jesse grew up playing and dirtbiking in the prairie countryside. Other than that his main interests were watching movies and acting in school plays. He often quotes, "I was raised on movies.
